Neurodivergent Support

45 minutes

Sessions vary.

All support available is neuroinclusive and adapted for your child’s needs. A combination of child and parent sessions is often most effective for neurodivergent children. Supporting learning, consistency, and confidence both in therapy and at home to create lasting growth together.

Individual Therapy

45 minutes

8-12 bespoke sessions.

A listening ear, support and advice focussed on your needs and goals. Longer interventions are available for those experiencing more complex challenges, looking to make a deeper investment in your well-being.

Parent/Carer Coaching

A space for you. Mental health advice and support, tailored to your family’s strengths. Either in addition to your child’s sessions or just for you. Sessions are available online and in person.

Working alongside Schools and Services

I attend school meetings and provide supportive letters and reports. Please discuss your needs in advance for scheduling.

Forest Therapy, ADHD Coaching, CBTi for Sleep, Parenting Courses and School Workshops to meet a variety of requirements. All services can be adapted to meet Neurodivergent needs, no diagnosis necessary.
