Neurodivergent Support

Sessions vary.

All support available is neuroinclusive and adapted for your child’s needs. A combination of child and parent sessions is often most effective for neurodivergent children. Supporting learning, consistency, and confidence both in therapy and at home to create lasting growth together.

Individual Therapy

45 minutes

8-16 bespoke sessions.

A listening ear, support and advice focussed on your needs and goals. Longer interventions are available for those experiencing more complex challenges, looking to make a deeper investment in your well-being.

Parent and Carer Support

Choose from practical consultations, coaching or walk and talk therapy. A space just for you. Mental health advice and support, tailored to your family’s strengths and needs, to help you understand your child’s and thrive as a family. Available online and in person.

Sensory Assessments

Understand how your child processes and responds to sensory information. When sensory differences are impacting on their ability to participate and engage in the things they need and want to do or their mental health and wellbeing is affected.

ADHD Coaching

Helping young people understand their ADHD, recognise their strengths and develop self awareness and self advocacy skills. Together we explore practical strategies to apply in every day life, including organisation, planning, motivation, confidence and more.

Sleep Support

CBTi is an evidence based approach for improving sleep difficulties. If your child struggles to sleep and the issues are ongoing or impacting on their mental health and wellbeing, please ask for more information.

Working alongside Schools and Services

I attend school meetings and provide supportive letters and reports. Please discuss your needs in advance for scheduling.
