Supporting parents and cares to better understand their child’s, nurture wellbeing and navigate the challenges of raising a cold who is neurodivergent, highly sensitive or struggling with their mental health.

Support without a long wait. Getting help early can make a difference, including when you’re noticing differences but don’t have a diagnosis.

Nature based support for wellbeing, regulation and connection. From Forest Therapy sessions to Walk & Talk therapy for both adults and children alike.
As a registered Occupational Therapist with expertise in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, I am here to empower young people and their families with evidence based, tailored support.
Who I Support: Children and young people, aged 5 to 19, and their families.
Where I Work: Based on Chipping Norton. Supporting families across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, including Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and online.
Focus: Early intervention for supportive and accessible help when it’s needed most.
Approach: Needs-led and personalised support tailored to each child’s unique experiences, strengths and challenges.
Neurodivergent Affirming: Support is available for Autistic and ADHD individuals and therapy is adapted and person centred for all.
Fees: Available on request, with a sliding scale for those in need of financial support to ensure everyone has access to the help they need.
